AGB's & Terms of payment and delivery

WER GmbH acts as a service provider for Novelis in Europe for the procurement, storage and worldwide distribution of advertising materials.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax. Please refer to the article directly for this information.

Shipping advertising material

For shipments within Germany, a flat rate of € 8.90 is charged for shipping and handling of packages (up to 20 kg). Shipping costs for international shipments will be charged according to time and effort.
If the goods cannot be delivered on time, you will be informed immediately.

Shipping textiles

If only textiles on demand - items that are not available from stock (e.g. polo shirts) - are ordered, the above conditions for shipping also apply.
If textiles on demand and other advertising materials are ordered at the same time, shipping within Germany will be carried out separately, if necessary, at the conditions stated above. To other countries, a bundled delivery will be made as soon as the textiles have been produced.

Billing

You are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred.
The invoicing of your order will be done by WER GmbH depending on the delivery.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: invoice & credit card. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a particular order and to refer to other payment methods.
You agree to receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form only.
